At DECANTZ, we take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with care and professionalism. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict and limited refund policy outlined below.
🔁 All Sales Are Final
All sales made through DECANTZ are final. Due to hygienic and sanitary concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Accidental purchases

Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions

Fragrance longevity or performance expectations

Change of mind
We recommend sampling fragrances responsibly and performing patch tests prior to full application.
📦 Refunds for Damaged Items Only
Refunds are only issued under the following strict conditions:

The product arrived physically damaged during shipping, and

The customer provides sufficient visual evidence (clear photos or videos of both the packaging and the damaged item), and

The claim is made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The item has been opened, used, or tampered with.

The customer fails to provide sufficient photographic/video proof.

The damage occurred after delivery or due to mishandling by the recipient.
🚚 Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:

The product arrived damaged, AND
-
A refund or reshipment is approved by our support team.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Fragrance did not meet personal expectations (e.g. scent profile, projection, longevity).

The customer changed their mind after purchase.

Orders were marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but reported missing or stolen.
We recommend using a secure delivery location to avoid lost packages.

Clear photos or videos showing the damage to the vial, bottle, packaging, and shipping box
All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date listed by the carrier.

Deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Investigate claims for potential fraud or abuse.
