We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be accepted or processed at this time.


📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


✉️ Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days within in the           Unites States of America and 7-14 days Internationally depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to national holidays, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions.


🏠 Delivery Issues

DECANTZ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked “delivered”

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.


📷 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage to the product and packaging

If the damage is verified, we may issue a refund or replacement, subject to our [Refund Policy].


❌ Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for paying reshipping costs.

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customer error.
