🚚 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the West Bank, Jerusalem, 1948 Areas.

Orders placed from outside these areas will not be accepted or processed at this time.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the next day (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

✉️ Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, where as people who are based in Ramallah have the option to choose same-day delivery

Please note:

• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to national holidays, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions.

🏠 Delivery Issues

DECANTZ is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Packages lost or stolen after being marked “delivered”

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

📷 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the damage to the product and packaging

If the damage is verified, we may issue a refund or replacement, subject to our [Refund Policy].

❌ Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

• The customer is responsible for paying reshipping costs.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customer error.
