3. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days within the United States.
Shipping times may vary depending on postal delays or national holidays.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

4. Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products.

Refunds are only issued if:

The product was damaged during shipping; AND
Sufficient evidence (clear photos or videos) is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

The item was opened, tampered with, or used.
The evidence provided is incomplete or unclear.
The damage was caused after delivery.

Shipping fees are only refunded if the product arrived damaged and the refund is approved.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting info@decantz.shop immediately. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

DECANTZ is not liable for:
